Documentary Film: Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead
About a month or two ago I watched this documentary called Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, which is about Juicing (blending fruits and vegetables for meals). Here’s the premise…
Focusing on two men whose bodies have been trashed by steroids, obesity and illness, this documentary chronicles the rigorous healing path — including a two-month diet of fruits and vegetables — that both attempt in a bid to rescue their health.
And here is the trailer…
I was researching juicing in general and somebody pointed me over to it. Let me just say, the documentary is jaw dropping. I can’t believe the kind of weight-loss results people are getting by juicing themselves back to health.
Towards the middle, the documentary follows a trucker who was in really bad health. After meeting the documentary crew, the trucker called the crew back and told them he needed some help.
Result? The trucker completely turned his health around in less than 1 year. The documentary is free to watch on Hulu. I’ve embedded it below.
